Previn Doshi is a professional trustee, solicitor and STEP qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP). He is a former partner and head of  department (private client) at WSP Solicitors. Before that, he was an associate solicitor at Rickerbys (now Harrison Clark Rickerbys) and originally trained and practiced as a solicitor at Henmans (now Freeths).  He has enjoyed a continuous run of over 20 years as a qualified solicitor and specialist in the field of private client law in England & Wales.

Previn’s aims to understand what his clients’ best outcomes would be, and present clear, practical and strategic legal solutions on the back of that understanding in a personal and efficient manner.  He is a specialist in the area of contentious trusts and probate, his years of experience as a professional trustee and executor being essential to litigating efficiently and cost-effectively in this area of law.  100% of the firm’s ongoing cases as at September 2024 were referred by word of mouth recommendation.
