Previn Doshi

Previn Doshi is a professional trustee, solicitor and STEP qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP). He is a former partner of, and head of the private client department at, WSP Solicitors. Before that, he was an associate solicitor at Rickerbys LLP (now Harrison Clark Rickerbys LLP) and originally trained and qualified as a solicitor at Henmans LLP (now Freeths LLP). He has enjoyed a continuous run of over 19 years as a qualified solicitor and specialist in the field of private client law in England & Wales.

Previn’s aims to understand what his clients’ best outcomes would be, and present clear legal solutions on the back of that understanding in a personal and efficient manner.  He is a specialist in the area of contentious trusts and probate, his years of experience as a professional trustee and executor being essential to litigating efficiently and cost-effectively in this field of law.  Over 90% of the firm’s existing clients as at November 2023 were referred by word of mouth recommendation.
